This year I have 26, fabulous, fourth-grade students in person again. Our classroom is diverse. My students come from various backgrounds and learn in a variety of ways. Learning during a pandemic can be crazy but we are crazy about learning!
I am always looking for new ways to engage students and incorporate hands-on learning, problem-solving, and collaboration in the classroom.
It is going to be the best year ever! With your help, my students' greatest dreams can and will come true!
My Project
My students are loving the addition of the All About Reading program to our Language Arts workshop. Some of the students are ready for a harder level. They would love the level 4 activity book and student readers, that accompany this program and I would love the teacher´s guide to help me instruct them.
All about reading is different than the other reading programs we have because it provides hands-on, multi-sensory instruction with an emphasis on decoding.
All the readers are completely decodable.
Students love the beautiful illustrations, engaging stories, and fun activities that accompany each lesson. This step by step process to decoding challenging words is proving to be a great addition to our classroom.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
