Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Kindergarten students are creative, thoughtful and very inquisitive. I love creating hands-on, engaging projects that allows the students to think independently.
We are one of the many elementary schools in the city that teach and service children living below poverty line.
Although there are many obstacles for my students to overcome, they love coming to school and cherish every opportunity to learn.
The materials and supplies that I am requesting will help our classroom begin the year fresh and organized.
Headphones are a big part of learning in a kindergarten classroom. Students use them daily for reading, math, and assessments. I would love for each student in my classroom to have their own headphones for learning.
Having these supplies and learning tools will not only help in the learning process, but it will make learning fun.
