All About Life Skills

Help me give my students an opportunity to learn about effective life skills for the 2023-2024 school year.

My Project

As a teacher of students with severe and multiple disabilities, I am creating this project to teach my students about essential life skills such as personal care, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting. The project includes materials that will help me teach my students how to wash their hands effectively after different activities, clean up after themselves, and handle cleaning materials safely. With the winter season approaching, I plan to teach my students how to clean their faces and cover their noses when coughing. To facilitate this, I will station Kleenex in multiple locations within our classroom for students to use as needed.
