This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal for this project is to boost student engagement with a relatable and fun learning experience. I want them to know that learning can be fun! Many students now need learning to be relatable, and this is one way I know can help lead our students to success.
Students will be sorted into houses based off of their specific learning levels.
As the weeks go on, they will have competitions between the houses. What they do not know is that through this, they will be preparing and learning skills for STAAR! There will be dementors, quidditch, and many more exciting challenges that the students will need to achieve in order to successfully make it through their sixth year at Hogwarts.
Overall, my goal is to have the students be excited to learn and prepare for STAAR with this Harry-Potter themed review!
