My Project

I am asking for an iPad and three sets of Puzzlets tiles. Puzzlets are coding blocks that use a "play tray" connected to an iPad. Students work in pairs to solve various challenges that require advanced planning, iterative design, mathematical reasoning, and debugging. The tiles are a great touch. They support young learners in working cooperatively: whether controlling the iPad or placing the tiles, both partners have an important task to do.

With an additional iPad and the Puzzlets tiles, I will have enough materials for up to six children to explore the challenges at the same time.

I will also have two different coding games to build different skills and provide new challenges as students become stronger problem solvers.
