My Students

I am the proud teacher of some amazing kids! I teach a very eager group of gifted and talented middle school students (6th, 7th and 8th graders).

These wonderful kids come to school ready to learn!

They love good books and often can be seen walking around the halls with their noses stuck in a book. I rarely have trouble getting my kids to fill their time when work is done and that's when keeping them supplied with good books is the difficult part. A good problem to have, right?

My Project

I have requested a huge variety of books from casual reading to research and learning. Often times students need to have research materials available to them, like the Space book, and Chemistry resources and at other times I like to have some good Science Fiction books available to them as well. Twenty books in all to add to our classroom library; a very nice addition!

Funds are very limited to schools right now and books are one of the last items that get funding approval and better yet, AJK books has offered to fund half of our project.

It would be a wonderful thing if you could help us fund the other half.
