This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Cleaner air can lead to better concentration and cognitive performance among students. Studies suggest that good indoor air quality supports academic achievement by reducing distractions and enhancing focus. Our classroom also gets warm, this air purifier will help keep our classroom cooler. In return, students have better focus.

Air filters can trap airborne viruses and bacteria, potentially reducing the transmission of illnesses like colds and flu within the classroom.

This is particularly important during flu season and to reduce the likelihood of spreading infectious diseases. Keeping students healthy also keeps them in school.

Good indoor air quality contributes to overall comfort and well-being for both students and teachers. It can create a more pleasant learning environment, supporting productivity and positive attitudes towards learning.

An air filter in a classroom plays a crucial role in maintaining good indoor air quality, reducing allergens and pollutants, enhancing concentration, and supporting overall health and well-being. It is an important consideration for creating a conducive learning environment that promotes the academic success and comfort of students and educators alike.
