This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first grade students are motivated students who come to school each day with a smile. They love to learn and enjoy hands-on learning experiences. We will be starting our air and weather science unit and I’d like to be able to offer hands-on experiences for them as they observe, make predictions and experiment with air and weather. Having books on the seasons and weather will offer great information to build knowledge. The weather vanes and pinwheels will be great for observations, experiments and data collection. With these resources my students will have enriched science learning experiences. We thank you in advance for your!
