Agility and Mobility

My Project

My student-athletes are some of the hardest working squad in the city ravage by crime and poverty. They strive each day to become better and that is demonstrated in their agility training.

Help me to give my team jump ropes, parachutes, agility ladders, and medicine balls to strengthen their body for our non stop basketball season.

Each item goes to aid each sport with teaching the fundamentals, building agility and strength, and game day equipment to compete on an elite level! We need need to be prepared mentally and physically.
