Help me give my students these two items, Gatorade, colored pencils, stickers, and Lysol spray to keep our classrom safe. During talents an after-school program that allows students to complete their homework, and become involved in a skill.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The use of colored pencils is almost a daily activity in my classroom, especially in the after-school program. Using colored pencils to draw will enhance the creations students come to art sessions with the materials they need. What becomes a problem is the fact that the colored pencils never seem to last. Students know that they must leave the rug quietly to get a new set of colored pencils and paper. Even though they are great about doing this, it is distracting for many of my students who have focusing issues and they miss important instruction from either myself or other students. By having colored pencils,gatorade, motivational stickers, and a healthy class setting the students will be able to have a nice art session.
