After-School Soccer League for Elementary Students

My students need 18 soccer balls, 6 ball bags and 40 disc cones.

This project is fully funded

I teach K-5 Physical Education in a high needs community in Michigan. Our school is rural. We do not have many resources.

My students have no community recreation programs to participate in. They love soccer. I feel having an after-school soccer league would help my student have an activity which they can participate in.

We need soccer balls, ball bags and disc cones. This list of equipment would great help our dream of start this program at our school. Along with community volunteers and school staff helping with supervise. I feel that the students participating will benefit not only from physical standpoint, but also from higher esteem and the development of teamwork. It will benefit the whole community.

I have been teaching at this school for 16 years. I haven't ever seen students so excited about anything as they are about this program.
