My adventurous students live in an urban environment with economic challenges.
They attend a public school with 86% of the students receiving the free or reduced breakfast and lunch. They come to school eager to explore and learn about the world.
My Project
The art materials requested will give students the ability to create projects to share their learning with others. They will create drawings and paintings about the American west. They will make models of rain forest animals when they travel to Mexico. They will create skyscrapers when they travel to New York. These are just a few examples of our adventures and what students will do with the materials.
Exploring the world and sharing what you learn encourages life-long learning.
