My Project

My students are multicultural, multilingual, and multitalented scholars who love to learn about the world around them! Many of them haven't yet had the opportunity to travel out of their home state, but express interest in doing so to gain a greater perspective on the many different cultures that are celebrated around the world.

Geographic knowledge plays a crucial role in developing students' awareness of relationships between people and the environment.

Having a classroom set of world atlases will support my 4th-grade class's inquiry about the world and help progress their learning in middle and high school social studies classes!
