Advancing our Statistics: Preparation for the Future
My students need 10 AP Statistics practice books and 1 guide to studying for the AP Statistics test. By providing us with these books, we will be able to work together to prepare them for the spring AP tests. The self-nominated students will form a study group to deepen their understanding of Statistics.
Help my students earn college credit. The AP tests are right around the corner and we need help preparing for them.
My seniors are studying Statistics with me.
They have applied to college and are getting excited for post-highschool life. These seniors are looking forward to studying engineering, business, psychology and many other challenging subjects. They have worked hard throughout high school while facing many of the stresses of urban living. The ones using the books will have elected to take the optional AP test. Many of them are on free and reduced lunch and will actually be getting the cost of the test waived.
My Project
These seniors could really use the academic and financial boost that comes from earning AP credit. By providing us with these books, we will be able to work together to prepare them for the spring AP tests. The self-nominated students will form a study group to deepen their understanding of Statistics.
Please help me in enriching these students' lives and preparing them for college.
The pure act of studying for and focusing on these tests will help them make the best of their senior year. Thanks in advance for your support.
