My Project
These adjustable-height desks will allow my students more room and flexibility in the classroom so they can participate in learning activities comfortably and inclusively. I have some students in wheelchairs that I would like to be able to participate next to their peers and the adjustable-height desks would help them be able to do that easily. Additionally, our students are able to stay in school until their 21st birthday to receive services, meaning some of my students are grown and growing adults, and require more flexible options to engage in the classroom next to their peers more comfortably. These adjustable-height desks would allow sitting or standing or even just the ability to add some space under the table quickly.
