Adding iPads to Our Days

My students need three iPads with three smart cases for our literacy and math rotations.

My Students

A typical day in first grade...we become readers, writers, authors, mathematicians, scientists, problem solvers, dancers, artists, historians, and students. It's a jam packed day and we love every minute of it.

My 27 energetic 1st graders are excited to come to school and learn everyday!

My students have learned so much this year and continue to surprise me everyday with what they are capable of achieving! It's always exciting to watch a student learn and see them achieve great things.

My Project

I am requesting three iPads with three smart cases for our literacy and math rotations. I envision using the iPads throughout our whole learning day; the possibilities are endless. For reading and math, they will be used as an activity during rotations. Students will be able to do different reading and math activities on apps that will be at their own individual learning level. During writing, students can use the iPads to complete research for writing projects. During Science time, we can watch virtual science experiments. The possibilities of ways that these can be used is endless and I look forward to all the marvelous things we will experience with our iPads.

iPads will enhance our learning and provide my students hands-on opportunities to learn and grow.

With these iPads, we will become better readers, mathematicians, scientists, problem solvers, and writers!
