My Project
The students are in a self-contained classroom. Each student has diverse needs, but they are always excited to learn something new each day, even when they might struggle at first. The students love when they are able to look at something full color. The full color materials are always more engaging and interesting to them.
With a new printer for our classroom, my students will be able to have books printed in color, reference charts, and even interesting pictures to add to our class projects.
My students use all of the materials we have available and donate as much from home as they possibly can. This includes going to the public library and paying to print color images. Not all families can afford this, but they do what is within their means. We all work together so that all students have what they need.
