My Project

Dear Friends,

It is the beginning of the year and there is no funding in our school for basic supplies such as paper.

This is the message that we are getting from the admin! Our supply closet has a limited amount of supplies and absolutely no paper. Imagine that, no copy paper in school.

That means, that teachers have to buy copy paper for classroom use. Each speech therapy lesson comes with a worksheet that the children use to practice the new skill as well as a homework worksheet that they get to practice at home. As you can imagine, it takes a lot of paper.

In addition, as my students are mostly non-verbal, we print out a lot of Adaptive books. Which are sensory books that we use to teach basic verbal skill. They come with velcro pieces that the students choose to indicate their answers.

As you can imagine, that takes a lot of paper and laminating sheets as well as rings.

Please, help us get the appropriate supplies for my students! You are our only hope!
