Help me give my students experiences with these art kits that will promote commonality, tolerance and love. When children accept differences and break down barriers of stereotypes and bias, they create a culture of transformation for future generations to follow.
Whether it is on the playing field, classroom or the art room, our students are up for the challenge of collaboration. Students will engage in collaborative activities such team sports or art projects with clay or beads to demonstrate how diverse groups can work together to create a transformative culture.
By providing opportunity for sportsmanship games and creative activities that involve special needs, and other marginalized student groups within the school, this project encourages equity, tolerance, teamwork and social justice research.
The materials purchased, will allow populations within the school to engage in artistic and athletic pursuits that demonstrate collaboration, sportsmanship, and team building.
