My students need dry erase boards and erasers to show active learning.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Greene's classroom raised $192

My Students
My first graders come to school full of energy and ready to conquer the world. My job is to keep them motivated and develop critical thinkers. Each child learns differently, and part of my job is to find out how to reach them. Some are visual learners, some auditory learners and some learn by hands-on activities. We need to figure out how to reach all learners. My students are sweet and eager to learn. They are motivated and want to be successful students; they just need the opportunity.
My Project
The dry erase boards will be used as we practice sight words and spelling words. The handwriting lines will make it easier for them to write the assigned words. It will also be used to write and solve math word problems. One side will be used for math, the other side will be used for literacy. These boards will help my students, especially the ones that are struggling.
It will be easy to write and correct their work using the dry erase markers and erasers.
They will be able to check their work, as well as work with a partner.
