Active Learning and Growth with Interactive Notebooks

Help me give my students the much needed resources to create interactive notebooks. It is my desire to help my scholars become active learners by taking ownership in the learning experience.

My Project

It is my desire to foster learning and growth in my classroom. To achieve this, I plan to implement the use of interactive notebooks. By using interactive notebooks, students are allowed to not only demonstrate their creativity, but also take an active approach in the learning process.

I have used interactive notebooks in the past and they have been a huge success.

Students are more apt to document their notes in a way they find meaningful. What’s more exciting is watching students who learn best using their hands. They cut and glue notes, vocabulary, and other pertinent information that will assist them in their learning.
