This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal is to support my students' academic and emotional success by incorporating movement, teamwork, and physical activity into our daily routine. I’m requesting different types of balls, jump ropes, and frisbees to give my students opportunities to stay active, release energy in healthy ways, and build important social skills like collaboration, problem-solving, and communication. These resources will be used during brain breaks, structured PE games, and outdoor learning activities to help students improve focus and reduce stress throughout the school day.

This group of students is especially special because it’s their first year taking a state exam.

I want to make their learning experience as smooth, positive, and fun as possible. With your help, we can give them the tools they need to stay energized, motivated, and confident—both in and out of the classroom.
