My Project

My students are energetic, enthusiastic learners who thrive on movement and physical activity. As they face daily stresses, and I want to provide them with positive outlets to support their mental health and well-being.

Physical activity is proven to reduce stress and boost mood.

With your support, we can build a classroom environment that prioritizes both physical and mental health, helping students develop healthy habits for life.

I am requesting a dart board, ball darts, gym timer, rainbow arc mat, and floor sweeper for our class. These resources will help us introduce new movement activities, encourage teamwork, and create structured brain breaks throughout the day. The dart board and ball darts will add fun, low-impact competition and coordination practice. The gym timer will help us organize group activities and keep everyone motivated.

The rainbow arc mat is especially exciting as we’ll use it with magnets for interactive movement games and exercise-based learning activities. This will allow students to physically engage with academic concepts, making lessons more active, memorable, and fun. The floor sweeper will ensure our space remains clean and safe after active play.
