Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am asking for materials to increase gross and fine motor in and out of our pre-k classroom. I believe if our children are active and have positive social interactions with each other that they will achieve greater learning outcomes in and out of the classroom.
I would like to provide catching balls, a small trampoline, and a tossing game to increase gross motor play and create positive social interactions within my classroom.
I would also like to add flexible seating inside the classroom to create freedom of movement, more balance, and harmony.
Lastly, I would like to provide books that focus on mental health at a pre k level. Thank you so much for considering my project.
