My Project

This project is aimed at supplying our students with rewards that can foster positive habits, boost morale, and improve academic and social outcomes. The initiative would focus on recognizing and incentivizing students for exhibiting exemplary behaviors, such as punctuality, respect, teamwork, academic improvement, and community involvement.

This project not only motivates students but also creates a culture of positivity and accountability.

"Achieve and Earn" is a school-wide system where students earn points for demonstrating positive behaviors, which can then be redeemed for rewards.

These rewards could range from school supplies, books, or the requested snacks and drinks, to experiences like field trips, movie days, or recognition events. The point system is transparent and inclusive, ensuring all students understand how to participate and benefit.

Addressing behavioral challenges in a supportive manner reduces disciplinary issues and enhances the learning environment. Moreover, the tangible rewards alleviate some financial pressures on families, promoting equity and reinforcing the idea that good behavior and effort lead to meaningful outcomes.
