Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 4th and 5th grade students learn how to play modern band instruments - guitar, ukulele, keyboard, drums, and bass. When it comes to bass guitar, all my students learn the skills on a regular acoustic guitar using the bottom 4 strings - EADG.
When it's time to transfer these skills over to an electric bass, it becomes a little challenging, especially for students with smaller hands who have trouble reaching each fret.
A smaller electric bass would feel nice and comfy for a kiddo with small hands. They will feel good AND sound good with the addition of a bass amp!
