My Project

Our school serves grades pre-kindergarten through 5th, which means that as the only technology teacher in the school, many of these students and I will have worked together for seven years by the time they graduate. I love watching them grow, mature, and thrive from three years old to eleven years old.

In order to ensure that our technology classroom is a clean and hygienic space, I am requesting a handheld vacuum, which is essential for keeping the lab clean and safe.

With multiple students using keyboards, mice, and monitors each week, dust and debris quickly accumulate. A compact, easy-to-use vacuum helps maintain a hygienic environment, protecting both equipment and students from unnecessary wear and allergens.

Students often print projects and visual designs to share, review, or display. Having reliable access to paper and printer toner ensures that technology-based lessons extend beyond the screen and into tangible, collaborative classroom activities.

Finally, wireless mice (with batteries) enhance both comfort and accessibility. They allow students to work freely without tangled cords, improving workspace organization and reducing the risk of tripping or equipment damage. Wireless mice also make it easier for younger learners to navigate programs with precision, supporting skill development in digital literacy.
