My Students
4th grade is such an important time in a child's life. In this grade, a teacher will learn if a child will struggle with reading or just absolutely love it.
Teachers are champions of every student that walks through their door.
No matter what the ability or disability might be.
My students are no different. Learning is easy for some and harder and more challenging for others. All of them deserve to have the tools and resources that will let them succeed.
My Project
The materials that I am asking for are needed now more than ever. we are working remotely and need to ensure that students remain engaged. These activities will bridge that gap. I have chosen activities that my students can use in class or at home to reinforce and build upon what we have learned.
A pandemic shouldn't limit potential.
We still must find ways to unleash the potential in our students and help them reach their goals. It is difficult enough to only see my students through video. I need to find ways to access their potential. How do we do that though if we are not even in the same classroom? This project answers that question. Through the lessons and worksheets attached whether it is Math, ELA, or SEL, my class can remain academically aware while maintaining the classic teacher-student relationship. The graphic organizers, worksheets, and lessons link well with Google classroom maintaining that rapport,
Together we can make a real difference. Every tool at our disposal is needed to reach that place.
