This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
By donating to the purchase of these books, you are contributing to the cultural awareness of our students. These books will open up windows for students to explore and learn about the diversity in cultures and different abilities. Students will also be able to see themselves in “mirrors”, and see themselves represented in literature. These books will help our students learn about people around the world and people with different abilities. This will help our students develop a new sense of the world and build strong character traits. Thank you for your kind contribution!
