My Project
At our school, we are constantly striving to create a supportive, welcoming, and efficient environment where every student feels seen, supported, and encouraged to succeed. We are reaching out today to share how your support can make a meaningful difference through the funding of reception chairs and a mobile lectern cart for our Guidance Office.
The reception chairs would be placed in the guidance counselor’s office, providing a comfortable and inviting space for students as they wait to be seen.
For many students, visiting the counselor’s office is a critical step in receiving the support they need—whether it's for academic guidance, emotional support, or personal development. Having a warm, well-equipped space helps set a positive tone and creates an environment where students feel safe and respected.
The mobile lectern cart would serve as a versatile and much-needed resource for our counseling and administrative staff. With the ability to take office tasks on the go, staff can remain efficient and responsive while supervising lunch periods, conducting classroom visits, or completing observations throughout the school. This flexibility allows us to stay engaged with students in real time while managing responsibilities that support the broader school community.
