My Project
As we work to recover from the years affected by COVID, I am trying to get community spaces set up in my classroom. We can now sit, work and learn together!
I would like to provide them with a carpet that is organized and inviting so that they can be comfortable and learn.
This year my classroom is comprised of many students who are new to a classroom. I have students from many different cultures with different languages (Spanish, Russian and Arabic). I have found that having visual cues is important to provide a universal language. The clearly marked spaces on the carpet help the students with focus and body control, so that everyone can do their best listening and learning.
