Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My school uses technology as an additional resource to help students in their learning process. Every child has the ability to learn, sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation which can come from technology.
The students in my class are 4yrs old, first time in school and second language learners.
They are very eager to learn and absorb a lot of information. They are very lovable and adapt to all kinds of situations. The focus of this class is to develop oral language. My wish is to help them get ready for Kindergarten both socially and academically.
My Project
The use of tablets is almost a daily activity in my classroom. We will be using them to continue the learning process. The tablets are used as a reinforcement activity that is done independently. The students are able to access various games based on the letters and numbers that they are learning in the classroom. At the same time I am able to work with students that need extra help.
