This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We need some remedies. Our classroom has become the breeding ground for some serious coughing, sneezing, and nasty sickness this winter season. I can't believe how much sickness the flu and cold have spread this season.
My students attend a public school.
Majority of the students I teach receive 98% free lunches. At the beginning of every school year, I ask them for a box of tissues and paper towels, but with the spread of the flu and cold virus this season, our limited supplies have run out.
My Project
Every year, the flu and cold season means more students being sick and spreading germs. Now, I am also sick. Our classroom is a breeding ground for nasty slimy germs and if you are a germaphobe like me, I can't be without tissues, soap, disinfectant sprays, and wipes. These supplies will minimize the spread of germs, which means more students attending school instead of staying home because they are sick.
Please consider helping our project.
I have 100 VERY appreciative children who appreciate everything they receive. Less germ, more in class time for learning. Once again, these supplies will minimize the spread of germs, which means more students attending school instead of staying home because they are sick.
