My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting will finish out our calming corner. As I began to set up the area with the wonderful items we received, we realized that DIYing is a crap shoot and that our SEL materials could be more inclusive. Representation is important and with that in mind, we'd like to have materials that exhibit more of the cultures of our students. Also we will get a small tent to replace the popup tent that couldn't be repurposed despite my best efforts.

The donations to this project will help my students' understanding of how to self soothe and find alternatives to acting out.

The calming corner will be a safe place to take a break. I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
