My Project

I am eager to enhance our classroom library with the delightful works of Mo Willems. His books captivate young readers with humor and heart, making reading an engaging experience for all. We are seeking to add two incredible collections to our library: the Pigeon Series 7 Books Collection Set by Mo Willems, which includes favorites like Pigeon Needs A Bath, Duckling Gets a Cookie, The Pigeon Wants a Puppy, The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog!, Don't Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late!, and The Elephant & Piggie: The Complete Collection. This series is perfect for developing readers, offering stories that are both hilarious and relatable.

Mo Willems' books are not just stories; they are tools that support literacy development, encourage critical thinking, and foster a love for reading.

These books will engage reluctant readers with their humor and dynamic illustrations, support reading comprehension skills with predictable text and engaging narratives, and encourage social-emotional learning through themes of friendship, empathy, and problem-solving.
