Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school has been fortunate to put on a musical theatre production every year since 2016. Thanks to an amazing partnership with Segerstrom Center for the Arts and Disney Musicals in Schools, we were able to perform Lion King KIDS last year! This year, we will be performing Aladdin KIDS, and we want our students to have the very best; which includes all the tools they need to feel included and successful!
We would like to order extra scripts so that EVERY student in the cast has their very own Actor's Script that they can cherish for a lifetime.
We would also love to have a Broadway-quality replica of Aladdin's lamp to use as a prop in our show! This would give our show that extra magical touch!
