My Project
With your help, my toddlers will be able to practice with their developing physical skills, as well as practice language and social skills while exploring these new interactive classroom materials with one another.
In the toddler classroom, almost all learning occurs through play.
Play facilitates social/emotional, language, and physical development, just to name a few. The best learning for toddlers happens when there are materials that capture their interests and allow for active engagement.
Toddlers love balls, so adding equipment to the room such as the ball toss and the ball track will enable them to explore balls in a new way.
Our school is located in a big city, near many different modes of public transportation. Every day, we see buses, trains, and planes. The mix-and-match vehicle set will connect our classroom to the community around us.
Sensory items such as the blocks and pop & play allow toddlers to explore and learn visually and through touch and sound.
Every item on this list will help create a toddler "utopia": learning through fun and play!
