Our students have a positive mindset for learning despite the limitations that COVID isolation may have placed on their earliest life experiences. These young learners are excited and eager to explore materials that support their growth and development. Through the challenge of trike riding, students are gaining confidence, improving their gross motor skills, understanding the science of movement, and appreciating the outdoor environment. Currently, we do not have enough trikes for all riders.
Providing enough trikes for all students will not only support them developmentally, but also add to the joy of learning.
Many student abilities were delayed with the recent pandemic. Gross motor skills are foundational for advancement of future abilities.
Our goal in PreK is to motivate students to achieve their full potential. Having enough trikes for all students will expand their opportunities for development and create a lifelong love of school.
