This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are from a diverse community and we have many English Language Learners in every classroom. They are extremely eager to learn all subjects and love learning through the use of hands on activities as well as technology.
Many apps that teachers love to use to help our students and implement curriculum have been blocked from downloading by the NYC DOE on the school tablets and computers.
I would love the opportunity to put tablets and enrichment apps, as well as teach computer science in the hands of my students.
