My Project

I teach at a beautiful and culturally enriched school in North Miami Beach, Florida. Having access to a Microsoft Surface Pro will help my students engage more deeply with interactive lessons, develop digital literacy skills, and complete research and projects that prepare them for a 21st-century world. The Surface Pro is a versatile device that combines the power of a laptop with the convenience of a tablet, making it ideal for our diverse classroom needs

Many of my students do not have reliable access to technology at home.

Providing a Surface Pro in our classroom will allow me to create interactive lessons in reading and writing, support differentiated learning through educational apps and online resources facilitate group projects and presentations that build collaboration and communication skills.

With this grant, the goal will be to increase student engagement and participation during lessons, improve digital skills and responsible technology use, provide equitable access to learning resources for all students, foster creativity through multimedia assignments and projects.
