A Stupendous Sensory Room!

Help me give my students sensory supplies. Your support will help us line the floor with mats for safety, provide vestibular sensory support through a swing, proprioception sensory support through yoga balls, and auditory support through headphones.

My Project

Imagine a group of students with heightened sensory sensitivities in a crowded, noisy space. These students just need a quiet space to reset before they head out into the community for job sites. If only there was a quiet, sensory-rich environment where they could relax.

Sensory supplies such as a swing, yoga balls, light projectors, noise-canceling headphones, and floor mats would provide our students with the needed sensory space to reset.

A five-minute sensory break can work wonders! And a dedicated sensory-rich room would provide our students with a place to recharge so they can arrive to class ready to learn.
