My Project
Over the last two years, my students have greatly missed coming together as a community on the rug, due to covid protocols. A rug in my classroom is much more than just a cute space. It is an area where we all come together to learn, collaborate, and share with everyone in our classroom community.
We utilize the time on the rug to read together, solve math problems, and share with each other. The rug is a special place where we are on the same level interacting with one another and that is an integral part of our classroom community.
