The SPIRE program focuses on phonemic awareness skills, word building, decoding & sentence reading, reading comprehension, spelling & sentence dictation. These are skills that many of my students demonstrate extreme difficulty with. SPIRE uses multi-sensory techniques to help students retain information, practice skills and achieve success.
The SPIRE readers will help my students grow and make progress with their reading skills.
They will be able to use their decoding knowledge and build their fluency and comprehension skills by using these readers daily to practice! By applying and practicing the skills they have learned, I hope to see great reading progress.
