My Project
My students are incredible, resilient learners who thrive in a supportive, engaging environment. Many of them benefit from sensory-friendly spaces that help them focus, self-regulate, and feel comfortable in their learning environment. That’s why I’m excited to bring jellyfish and bubble fish lamps, along with color-changing LED strip lights, into our classroom!
These resources will transform our space into a calming retreat, perfect for students who need sensory support or just a moment to reset.
The jellyfish and bubble fish lamps provide soothing motion, mimicking the gentle flow of an aquarium, which can help reduce anxiety, improve concentration, and encourage mindfulness. The color-changing LED lights will allow us to adjust lighting based on mood and learning activities, creating an atmosphere that fosters relaxation, creativity, and engagement.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where all students feel supported in their unique learning journeys. By providing sensory-friendly tools, I can help my students develop self-regulation strategies that will benefit them beyond the classroom.
