My Project

This project aims to create a safe and welcoming space for my students. I hope that they will come to find solace in the warm atmosphere of my classroom. Each of these items helps achieve that and will allow the students to reflect deeply, learn new skills, and connect with themselves and others to promote better mental health.

An essential part of creating a safe and welcoming space is how students' senses can engage.

Sounds, smells, and sights are vital to creating an atmosphere different than everything else they encounter.
