This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A classroom rug and clipboards will make a meaningful difference in our learning environment by creating a comfortable and flexible space for collaboration, discussion, and independent work. The rug will serve as a welcoming gathering spot for whole-group lessons, partner sharing, and classroom meetings, helping to build a stronger sense of community. Clipboards will allow students to write comfortably while seated on the rug, encouraging movement and choice in where they learn. These simple tools will support engagement, focus, and a sense of belonging in our classroom every day. It's all about flexible learning!
