My Project

My students are bright little beings. They are champs at learning, and oh, the questions they ask. I have helped them, but I do not know everything. Let's find out together.

School is a home away from home, a safe place for my kindergartners.

My goal is to make their everyday the best day. The specific goal of this project is to create and maintain an exciting back-to-school classroom that is fun, welcoming, and full of smiles.

The Safari decorations match our classroom theme for the year. Li n and tigers and monkeys, OH MY! Students are home all summer, and coming back to school can be hard sometimes. I need to tell them that we're going to have a great time. The ones will be used for Chromebook time and listening center time. We all need quiet atmospheres so that we can understand what needs to be learned.

We learn so much through movement, group work, and sharing our thoughts. The clipboards will help us keep our work together so that we can move and share it!

The boxes will be used for our glue assignments. Glue sticks are no longer just doorknobs. The bowl will hold the liquid glue and sponges, and we will dip them. Whitney, into it! You dip, we dip!

Last but not least, dry-erase markers will be used for everything: grade work, individual work, math, reading, and writing. Our students are not gentle with the markers and like to press too hard, so we use a lot of them and need to replenish them.

Please help us with our room full of safari supplies. Ki dergarten is the best grade!
