My Project

Aloha! I'm Ms. Ahern, a proud teacher to 21 amazing first graders in Hawai'i! As a first year teacher, my classroom library is fairly small and lacking in chapter books.

My kiddos are REMARKABLE readers, and I would love to have more chapter books to challenge my students with more advanced reading and grow their love of learning!

My goal for this project is to expand my chapter book selection, so my students can read chapter books that pique their interest. Junie B. Jones and Nate the Great are a couple of the series that my students have requested.
