My Project
"A Reader is a Leader!!" That famous saying was given by someone special who values the gift of reading, and I will never forget it! As an educator, I believe many of us would like to change the world. While such an ambition is nearly impossible, we can change the world for one child at a time, and to do that requires the ability to read! These specially guided books work on phonics skills that connect the text to one’s ability within different genres, such as poetry, science, and even Greek mythology.
In doing so, the dream of having every child read in our class can come to fruition, especially those new to the school, the community, and even the country.
Our strong ELL population makes reading a challenge, but having these books will give each child hope to explore the world through the gift of reading. Please make each of our kid’s dreams come true with your love and support! Thank you in advance from the hearts of each of our children!!
