The children I serve require a smaller class size and modified curriculum, so their full potential is being nurtured with love and patience. We provide learning opportunities and an environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth. They are hard-working, creative 3-5 year olds that bring joy to everyone they encounter!

We provide a play-based, Reggio Emilia inspired child-centered learning environment. Our curriculum maximizes the learning potential of all children, especially Diverse and English Language Learners. We create learning environments that are intentionally designed to deepen children's thinking through the development of relationships with one another, provoking materials and the natural world outside.
My Project
Sometimes, you just need a break. Unfortunately, the brick walls and thin windows don't provide much sound absorption, causing it to get VERY loud in our classroom. Many of our students are very sensitive to loud sounds. We are fortunate to have sound muffling headphones to provide to students throughout the day; however, they aren't an option sometimes because students need to hear what is being said to them.
This quiet room divider will allow me to create a quiet space for my students to go to when they need sensory/brain breaks throughout the day without having to leave the classroom with an adult.
